At PrivaDorma, we work to process and deliver every order as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Free Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
These delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During sales, product launches, holidays, periods of high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Priority Shipping provides a faster estimated shipping method but does not guarantee delivery by a particular date.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
